Customer services contact seems split between DCL shoreside Singapore and USA. Varying experiences between guests regarding the incidentals amount and what it should be used for. Only time will tell what will be covered when the reimbursement happens. All non B2B guests should be checked out by this time for their complimentary 1N1D hotel stay from DCL.
B2B guests - some were covered fully by hotel up till Monday morning - some have to pay upfront and reimbursed at a later stage by DCL.
AT THIS POINT - 11TH MAY SAILING IS STILL HAPPENING
100% refund to all guests on cruise fare and any unused services (internet etc) - those who have booked with a travel agent to please contact their travel agent to arrange with DCL shoreside for this refund. DCL shoreside USA have told guests/agents to call back in 48 hours while things are being finalized.
50% off future Disney cruise - new booking on any ship. Future cruise booked by July 31 2026, sailing must depart before May 31 2027
Coverage for potential associated flight change fees
$500 per stateroom for other incidentals - noted to keep all receipts to claim.
