Can't Squat at All - Any Help is Greatly Appreciated

I am a BJJ black belt from Colorado who lives in Asian and who got his black belt from a famous academy in Tokyo. Even though I have done jiu jitsu for a long time, I have no squat mobility whatsoever. I also have a pelvic tilt too. I really want to change my life by quickly becoming flexible in my hips, and also my quads, hamstrings, etc.

Do you have any useful stretches I can do everyday to get flexible quickly? I am deeply motivated to changing.
