I am currently in the interview process for a senior engineer role

I'm new to consulting and big4 and wanted to get a feel on what I should expect as opposed to a non client based company.

I believe the role is non client facing, its more working with the internal team.

A couple questions come to mind:

Are hours crazy like how accounting might be?

Is pto and utilization something to keep in mind? I don't fully understand this yet but I hear utilization rate can effect bonus and promotions?

With the above 2 questions in mind, is unlimited PTO really unlimited or is the expectation that you grind and not take much?

Any nice perks? Travel perks for personal use?

If there is any additional info you can provide to a possible newcomer into consulting/big4 in general please let me know!
