i have been in robotics software engineering roles for the last 3 years, however with every role i feel like this industry is more and more niche and limited opportunities in india. The startups for robotics are not sstructured, promotions are scarce and budget issues are heavy.
I no longer wish to live with such instability. I do program with C++ and python every day, and i wanna work in a big tech firm, im really tired of startups.
I wanna switch roles from robotics software to general software and dont have proper guidance im looking for since 3 months at this point
Should i join bosscoder? they said they will help with the switch
