residency AAMC question

Hi guys! I have gotten mixed feedback on this question.

My dream school is USF, and I am moving to Tampa in August. I am applying for this cycle and will be a resident of Florida by the first day of class, which, for USF, qualifies me for in-state tuition. When applying for the AAMC application, do I have to put my resident state (PA) correctly? Then how does it work for being considered an in-state student when applications are reviewed? Thanks so much, guys!!!!
