So in Season 4 Episode 1 when Sophia enters with her dad and their car crashes, Ethan and julie are right there and Victor comes near them and julie tells victor to take care of ethan.. if you'll look closely after julie leaves Victor starts counting people with his fingers because he knows that Only 47 people can live in Fromville but the count becomes 49..
Later in that episode, Victor is seen shifting his dad into his room , People thought this scene was just a filler but Victor was trying to protect his dad because he knows 2 people are gonna die and if anything happens he can at least try to protect his dad...
Kenny also gives the head count to Boyd as 47 then the car comes.. that was also a clear hint drop..
