Anyone have an idea on what I could be facing ? Can’t see a mechanic at this moment so just wondering, my power steering is full and nothings leaking from under but the steering became very rough after the branch obliterated me

My hood cable is broken rn and I need to pop the hood asap , anyone know how I can pick my way through ?
