Just to be clear, I'm in the UK.

Was prescribed the patch nearly 3 months ago so have booked my review with the Dr but hoping some similar experiences will calm my brain down while I wait for appointment (week today).

I'm on evorel sequi. Only real relief from symptoms is that I now sleep and yet I'm more tired than ever. Actual fatigue level.

No let up on brain fog, aches and pains or night sweats.

I also have fibro and the muscle pain is so so much worse. I feel like someone has poured concrete under my skin.

I've developed a racing heart rate and am having panic attacks.

I know these things can be normal as things settle in but has anyone found this to be the case?

I suspect it may be the progesterone as it's not bioidentical?

Urgh.
