Apparently no one really drinks enough water, and so in order to hydrate more I’ve started drinking more flavored sparkling water like LaCroit, Waterloo, Spindrift, Bubbly etc. However, I started to wonder how they taste that way if they have nothing in them, and they all have ingredients lists that read water and then some variation of ‘natural flavors’ or ‘natural essences’. So what does that actually mean? And is it healthy to drink a can or more daily? I know sweeter zero calorie drinks tend to use things like stevia, and while I know that no one’s totally sure about the downsides of it yet, I’m under the impression Zero Calorie soda is still soda and so ideally shouldn’t be drank too frequently. Are the ‘natural flavors’ in flavored sparkling water the same deal? And if so, are there brands that have found healthier alternative?

I’ve had a pair of the Moondrop space travels for about 2 and a half years now, and while I originally got them just as cheap headphones because I didn’t want to bring my beats skiing as I could lose them, I‘ve found myself using them more and more as they sound almost as good as more expensive earbuds and fit in my ears better (they also just look really cool but that’s beside the point). Recently my dog got them, and while the damage appears to be just cosmetic, I’m taking this as an opportunity to get a new pair anyway since the one real complaint I have with the original space travel is the battery life (the headphones themselves aren’t even that bad in this regard as I rarely use them for 5 hours straight, but I don’t like having to recharge the case so often) which I heard is better on the new ones. So which ones should I get, the space travel 2 or 2 ultra? Or was I lied to and they aren’t any better and I should just stick with the moondrop space travel 1?
