Some have complained about SOUN buying up other companies, such as SYNQ3, Allset, Amelia, Interactions and Live Person. They have questioned the purchase prices. They have argued a company that is not profitable yet shouldn't be buying up companies in its field or related to its work. But now, perhaps slowly but surely, the wisdom of those purchases is starting to come into focus. Each of these companies is contributing to SOUN's revenue. Also each of these companies has a network of related or partner companies that is contributing to SOUN's vision, which is much grander than just an interactive voice AI company.
