CHANGE GRADES AFTER DEADLINE
Has anyone experienced having their grades changed in the SIS after it was already finalized due to a clerical error on the professor's part? If yes, how long did the process take?
Here's my situation: I got an F in one of my prerequisites, but after talking to my professor, we found out it was actually his error in encoding the grade. He already submitted an official letter to have it corrected, but he mentioned it really does take time to process — and sometimes it could even take until summer class pa daw bago mag-reflect.
My dilemma is — I don't know if I should start preparing to shift or just wait it out. On one hand, wala naman akong na-receive na shifting advisory from the dean, which I'm taking as a good sign. But the uncertainty is really stressing me out especially since enrollment for summer is next week na.
Has anyone been in the same situation? How did it go for you, and how long did the grade correction actually take to reflect in the SIS? Were you still able to enroll for summer kahit hindi pa naka-reflect ang corrected grade?
