Any predictions for the October 2026 Visa Bulletin (FY27), specifically for EB-1 India/China Dates for Filing and Final Action Date movement? The prolonged stagnation has been extremely difficult for many applicants waiting in the queue me included. I’m also curious about the ongoing spillover discussions and do people here believe the theory is realistic, and could FY27 actually see something in the range of 50k+ excess visas becoming available?
