I tried to post in many threads but keep getting denied even in those “new comber” thread. Suggestions?

Looking at what some affordable options for building or buying a PC (preferably laptop) for gaming. I have been an Xbox gamer for years. There are some PC only games I want to play as well as your typical cross play games from console. I would like to be able to play COD since friends (who are still on console) usually play this.
