So I’m in my 10th year at Fifa 23 career.

I’m playing as Leverkusen coach and last year signed 2 young germans player 18 and 19 years old around 76-77 avrg.

The thing is I was expecting to develop some good players for the incoming seasons but both are stuck at 79 average and the sign of max potential reached appeared at the beggining of the season. Does it ever happend to you? Does it mean they aren’t growing up anymore?
