I swear these geospiders always bless me in the worst way possible

I just pulled hiyuki and was planning on saving from now till lucilla to get her, but im starting to reconsider, and try to get mornye rn for my aemeath. I was going to get mornye either way, but i was originally going to get her on her re-run but i feel like that would be less worth it and it would be better to just get lucilla on her re-run if worst comes to worst. I want mornye for my aemeath cuz that would get me her full team (amy, lynae, mornye), and i dont think denia would have nearly as much value cuz then i would need to use my chisa but hiyuki needs her too.

Im currently in the process of building hiyuki, and I want to know what her stat requirements are, specificaly for er, atk, and crit rate. The main thing im wondering tho is the crit rate, because her echo set says it gives 25% cr but i want to know if that is only for cirtin parts of her rotation, or most of it.
