Heart rate stays elevated for hours and can’t sleep after exercise

Is it normal for my heart rate to stay up around 90-100bpm after intense exercise? It usually rests around 60bpm. My heart rate will stay elevated all night until the next morning and I can’t sleep. Also, the next day seems to sit around 70-75bpm. Not back to 60 and more ectopics. Is this normal??

So I’ve had a full cardiac work up with almost every test possible and all is good apparently.
I can do all exercise from rowing to bike riding to weights to anything that raises my heart rate and get no pain but if I run for like 500 metres I’ll get severe chest pain that radiates through my back and up to my collarbones. So bad that I have to stop running. I do get back pain under my left wing bone when twisting my torso to the left. The pain doesn’t come on until I’m about 2-3 mins into a run. And then when I stop it kind of lingers for a minute or so and then goes away. I do feel a bit tight through the airways also. Is this costo?

26M. I use to compete in MMA in 2022-2023 and would train super intensely and would never notice my heart rate being high after training (it probably was) but I could still just go out like a light when my head hit the pillow every night. Fast forward to now, I had an ACL injury in 2023 and had a reco. I went overseas for a bit to travel and then went through a real weird stressful panic attack/ anxiety attack stage of my life. Honestly thought I was dying. My mental health was awful and still isn’t great but is a lot better than it was. I tried to get back into exercising and mma/bjj again but my heart rate will literally be elevated to around 90-110 bpm all night after I train and I just CAN NOT sleep. I had to give it up because of it. It’s ruining the things I enjoy, does anyone have this problem? Also notice I get a lot more palpitations the day after training. Anyone else have any experience with this?
I’ve had a full cardiac check and all is good.
Anyone have any advice or similar experiences?
Thanks
