14m I am doing the best I've been I've been doing it for 4 years just because I was curious one day but I've been doing well managing to stop every 2-4 days which is a improvement matter of fact I dont think about women in that way anymore but love over lust

I need to find a way to keep my own mind occupied and not feel lonely about depressed negative thoughts because I'm always in crippling loneliness at home I get bored and eventually do it I'm emotionally numb jokes don't help,no one in my school is interested in the things I like

I'm a student I love history myself Ive had studied my family history going back to 900AD on my mother's side and 320 years of military history that I know of from the french revolutionary war,frontiers war in Africa,2nd Anglo Boer war,ww1-ww2 and even after father's was Irish potato famine and WW1/WW2 and even after that

Did family history get you into history like for me like family stories looking into it yourself

Did you want to understand peoples perspectives how it effected lives and such

Or was it for a totally different reason?

To clarify I'm 14m but I wish to make myself less boring just alot of insecurities and I'm just lazy and get very bored quickly

I do reaserch my own family history but in pretty sure that ain't a hobby and I watch anime :/ and I guess I rarely collect military memorabilia but yh
