9 weeks 1 day. US measuring 6 weeks 1 day

Hello can someone please tell me if they have experienced something like this

I had an abdominal US today at a private US place. My LMP is march 9 and I am estimated to be 9 weeks 1 day. I was testing my LH and I know I ovulated on march 28. My ultrasound only measures 6 weeks and 1 day… they found a baby, fetal pole, and a FHR of 139…. Does anyone know what I can expect moving forward? I have a vaginal ultrasound next week with my Dr. I’m feeling really bummed and am expecting the worst.

I have read so many posts and I know temp is expected to fluctuate during this time, but my temps have been elevated since ovulation. My temp dropped to -0.1 last night and I woke up to a “minor signs” notification from oura. My only pregnant symptom is sore breast…. Has anyone experienced the notification and temp drops and had a positive outcome? I haven’t had my first appt or first scan yet so I’m very worried
