I have a question for doctors, nurses or people in the medical field. I just don’t get how could Bosco would wake up if I he had major blood loss, shouldn’t he be in a coma? Blood loss being the reason he died doesn’t really make sense to me. Can somebody explain how would that work? Or is it just not good writing?

Ps: I have studied basic biology but I don’t know enough about this, I’m just having a hard time understanding how is this a possibility

Edit: I KNOW THAT THEY WANTED BOSCO TO DIE, is the diagnosis (blood loss) that stood out to me. They could have said anything else, because if it was just blood loss he probably (from what I know) should not be conscious.
