How unlikely is it to switch from engineering to business if I have 85 hours? I’m currently still taking pre reqs for engineering

Does anyone know if they’ll let me switch engineering disciplines if I’m over the 75 hour limit? I wanted to switch from Industrial to Construction engineering. I’m still taking pre reqs because I’ve switched a few times but now I’m locked into engineering
