This is quite the achievement especially for me. I used recigar and stopped taking it after the 10th day, I get urges here and there but it’s pretty small and don’t mind it. My friends usually vape and I don’t even have the urge to hit it anymore.
Hi guys, I’m 20 almost 3 days of vaping and it’s day 11 nic free, I was consistently using recigar until about day 8 then I only took it every few days, but currently I’m wanting to hit a vape rn so bad , I’ve been trying to convince myself not to but I can’t. Hi Guys I’m currently on day 10 nic free using recigar, and one thing I had noticed was the constant eating. When I did vape I usually only ate 1 meal since the vape was suppressing my appetite. But now I eat every possible chance I get especially junk food. I haven’t used recigar in 2 days since it completely worked for me and I have little to none cravings but I feel like this appetite craving isn’t going to stop. I want to get back to vaping if this continues since summer is coming up and I’m trying to look as best as possible lol
