Hey guys, I am running a simple set up for recording drums with GarageBand. I have the scarlett i1820 interface, and there are issues with my kick drum levels. The kick drum mic just sounds clicky when recording and there’s no bottom and or really any volume either. I have to put the gain almost at max volume to hear anything, so I’m wondering if my mic is shot. Its the electro voice pl33 kick drum mic. Any thoughts or suggestions?
