It seems mail-order bride websites are mostly Eastern Europeans or Filipinas.
Korea, Mongolia, Northeast China, Siberian native lands (ex: Yakutia/Buryatia/Kalmykia/Tuva), and parts of Central Asia (Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan) have a lot of women like this.
I used to travel to Korea a lot, but I am almost 40 and Korea is known for being the hardest Asian country to find a wife. So I started to visit Kazakhstan more as well as Mongolia.
Being a US citizen makes travel to Russia and China hard, so that rules out Siberian natives and Northeast China. Thus, I plan to travel to Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Korea a lot. Korea would be more about cold-approaching, while Mongolia/Kazakhstan would be more about organic meetups.
I managed to get engaged to a Kalmyk (Russified Mongol) I met in Kazakhstan, but things didn't work out, so I am back in the game.
