Hey everyone,

I’m a 2026 CSE (AI & ML) graduate from a tier-3 college and currently struggling a bit with job hunting. I’ve been applying for backend/full-stack/AI-related roles but not getting many interview calls, so I wanted some honest feedback from people already in the industry.

I attached my masked resume. Would really appreciate suggestions on:

• Is my resume good enough for fresher roles?
• Are my projects actually valuable or do they look too academic?
• Which roles should I focus on more realistically right now?
• Should I continue toward AI/ML or focus mainly on backend/full-stack?
• What skills am I missing for the current market?

Please give genuine feedback, even if it’s harsh. I’m trying to improve and understand where I stand currently.
