Re-laying of footpaths spotted on HAL old airport road.
This is NOT how footpaths are to be laid around trees.

Contrary to textbook drawings where trees have deep roots, in reality even large trees have shallow roots.

The way to lay a foot path is to have perforated tiles around trees for 2-4 feet, for breathability and rain water absorption by roots.

A simple google/YouTube could've taught the urban planning engineers who sign off on the implementation.
