Ok so I know I messed up and yes I was using an ad blocker but I got ahead of myself and accidentally downloaded this. I didnt realize what I did until after it reached 100% and immediately deleted all of the files and unplugged the wifi an hour later cus I didnt think to do that immediately. This happened about 16 hours ago. Since then ive run about 5 Microsoft defender quick scans, a full scan, and an offline scan and all of them found nothing. I haven't seen any suspicious activity on my accounts or any pop-ups on my pc. Though I know there is probably still malware on it what should I do? Im a little worried.😣
