Prostate cancer in 12 year old dog

Our beautiful 12 year old dog was diagnosed with prostate carcinoma last week after an abdominal ultrasound and cells taken for testing. The ultrasound also showed a mass in his stomach, bladder stones and speckled pancreas (he has been receiving treatment for pancreatitis).
This news has come as a complete shock and we’re at a loss of what to do. Currently he is eating, drinking and appears to be healthy. I want to prioritise his quality of life but I just don’t know what the best plan is for him. I do believe that chemo is not an option in his case.
