44F diagnosed over 20 years ago. I had a few outbreaks here and there over the years, but they became more frequent after 40. I tried 2 rounds of 2% SABDE last year and put on way too much the second time around. I have been suffering from constant prodome, VERY frequent outbreaks and liver pain (new) ever since. Has anyone else experienced this? Wondering what I can do to shift my immune system back to what it’d been for so long.
