A thought occurred to me this week that some topical searching seems to circumstantially corroborate, so I leave it to reddit to play with as a concept if it's not already floating around this digital gestalt as it is.

Here it goes - recently a video has been circulating on Instagram depicting the motion of quantum entanglement during the 232 attoseconds of its "birth" (Video link below). The motion showcased in the visualization will look remarkably familiar to anyone who has heard accounts of DMT experiences, or have seen nearly any form of psychedelic art.

Dr. Stuart Hameroff proposed that quantum computations occur in microtubules in the brain (this is where the cursory corroborating searches factor in), we know that the common speculation of DMT "hyperspace" has to do with encountering spherical-esque intelligences capable of remaking themselves out of all manner of physical material, moments in time, memories, etc. to harken to Dr. McKenna's explanation of "Self Transforming Machine Elves." Testimonials from DMT "trippers" tend to further this explanation with descriptions of kaleidoscopic nonphysical “crystalline structures” with an eminence similar to biblically accurate angels.

 

My assertion, I suppose, is that the DMT experience in some way moves the conscious faculties of our mind / personality / being, slowing down the processing or shrinking its scope to the quantum level allowing for a conscious experience in what Robert Anton Wilson would call the “non-local quantum neurological circuit.”

 

This may afford some explanation to the time dilation effects reported in nearly every instance of the DMT experience, as well as the comparatively less severe time dilation effects experienced by users of other psychedelic compounds that don’t facilitate the full transfer into the realm of “quantum consciousness.”
