Executive Assistants — quick question:

How are you currently managing executive ground transportation across multiple cities?

One issue we kept hearing from EAs was the lack of consistency- Sigma is build around operational discipline.

The most valuable thing we can offer an executive at 5:30am heading to an international departure is the complete absence of doubt. Not a smartphone app. Not a printed itinerary. The knowledge, settled and unspoken, that the car is there, the driver is ready, the rate is what was quoted, and their attention can be entirely elsewhere.

Would genuinely love feedback from EAs here:
What’s the biggest pain point you deal with when coordinating executive transportation today?

We may have some EA's that use it here, any commentary on your experience would be appreciated since EA's dont get to leave reviews.
