I recently started my new role and I’m mainly watching for emails from one specific folder in my inbox. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to set it up that whenever an email comes in, it pings or shows a banner or something.
I only seem to get a notification when I get an email to the Inbox itself, which isn’t as important.
Same goes for outlook on my iPhone; I’d like to get a notif on there in case I’m away from my desk.
It seems we’re on classic outlook, if that helps?
