How to close cards?
Hi all, i have two cards icici platinum and kotak urbane corporate, both are not providing any extensive benefits beside only the annual fee of 99rs.
I am trying to close the cards but cannot find any option on application while the customer care keeps me rotated and held on the ivf or ai bots.
Can someone guide me on this?
