Lancaster County. As a rookie, assuming that’s what I’ve got here. I must have walked past this piece 20 times over the last 5 months, as there certainly hasn’t been enough rain to expose it. Perfectly camouflaged (color matched dirt, under a grass/weed sprout), but I think I am keying in to seeing ‘worked’ material.

Another thing I’ve been questioning. Places I hunt are extremely Quartz dominated, so I’m always concerned I key in on quartz and will miss other materials. I didn’t, in this case at least. I would like to know what type of stone this is. I’ve found 3 of this type of stone at this site in addition to a few quartz.
