I'm new-ish to Zombicide and have played or have access to play Black Plague, White Death, and Marvel

I've heard there is homebrewed way people have come up with organizing the spawn deck to be more streamlined - allowing for special zombie types easier to manage. Can someone share what that is and does it apply to all Zombicide? (I know Zee Garcia of Dice Tower has a way he has changed the make up of Spawn Decks that seems to be popular?)
