Game style: I am a DM inviting casually interested, inexperienced, returning and brand-new players to explore the game of D&D through a short adventure that introduces the Forgotten Realms, and sets new players free explore the rules while playing. I augment the experience with dramatic, theatrical narration, exciting improvisational role play and voice acting, clear understanding of the rules, decades of experience at showing new players how to play. I am also proficient with the apps needed to play and seamless offer high quality theater of the mind visuals, engaging battlemaps, player-centric Dungeonmastery and the ability to engage players of all ages through the classic game of "make believe". This is an introduction to a summer tutorial and subsequent campaign that begins June 1st.

The game is free however it is NOT a full adventure or even a traditional one shot. This is a new player introductory session that incorporates some introductory narration and would last 3 hours tops. Synopsis: You will assume the role of a level 2 adventurer who's grown tired of the quiet life of a villager and rumors of fortune and war tease their wanderlust and thirst for danger. (if unfamiliar with Krynn, I've made DOPE, editable, pre-gen characters)
Game details: (Heavy roleplay, heavy combat/war tactics. Low magic and clerical influence. Cinematic-style organized play with AI assets curated for theater of the mind, Upgraded/handmade battlemaps, Integrated environmental ambient sound/mood music). We play a fun game of collaborative story-weaving with everyone bringing necessary, important and irreplaceable variety to the proverbial "loom".

I am excited to play with players of all levels of experience. This may sound cliche, but anyone who has attempted to join a campaign of currently active players should breathe a sigh of relief: as the DM, I will use your backstory to wrap the world around your character's purpose and weave my perception of your character's indispensable importance to the story into each session. You will not be "dropped in" to the campaign to fend for your inclusion without being embraced by the storyline, myself, and the other party members.

I am a DM who's played D&D since the mid 1980's, with professional experience in theater education and performance, improvisational theater, classical theater, community social outreach theater programs and healthcare patient advocacy.
