I know in manga and novel it did happen but since in the anime it was not shown, i was thinking if hotel scene was real, because later Misaki tells Sato that she saw him and Hitomi leaving the love hotel. I thought it was all just Satos imagination and they did not have affair.

I recently finished NHK and this whole time its been bothering me that every other character including hikikamori Sato, have different outfits but Misaki has never been shown wearing anything but her usual yellow shirt and jeans skirt, so is there any Lore related reason, maybe from manga or novel that i dont know about, or is it just laziness of the creator?
