I have my SA passport and citizenship but I am finally starting the process of getting my British citizenship. I would like to know if I still have to apply to retain my South African citizenship to apply for British citizenship?
I have been seeing online that this is no longer necessary as of May 2025 and you will automatically keep your SA citizenship but I want to find out what’s correct.
