I was mathematically passing very comfortably. There was no remediation or performance improvement plan given to me. In fact she hasn’t given me any feedback for like a month despite me asking.
Today she told me (on the very last day of clinical) that she decided not to pass me. She said I asked too many questions and was unprofessional. I asked for specifics. I didn’t get them. I’m waiting for her to finally publish my final evaluation.
Any tips? I had no idea and I am genuinely blindsighted.

Edit: got the final grade and I went from an 86% on the midterm to a 69% on the final.
She often had a habit of coming over to my desk while I was doing notes for the CJM, and showing me some niche stuff on Epic. Or would come up and quiz me on stuff randomly. This had nothing to do with patient care - I assumed they were casual interactions in the break room. On the final she wrote that I needed constant reminders and guidance.
She downgraded me for not knowing a surgical procedure term, and also for saying kidney instead of liver once a couple months ago
She claimed I was overly dependent while doing meds and needed constant prompting. She legally had to be in the room with me
Wrote that I repeat myself too often orally
Downgraded me for being in the bathroom when a nurse asked where I was. She wanted to see if I wanted to do a new skill - I was not in a prior commitment.
Downgraded me when the CNA did the surgical vitals instead of me. I was informed about it but not told to do it.
I had two very complex patients I was giving medications to. One was discharging, the other was a polypharm patient who was unable to walk and had frequent provider visits in the morning. I was marked down for not getting my assessment done on time for the second patient (can't go in there with the doctors in there), and taking two hours in total to finish meds. The Hosptial was literally overflowing
Claimed I didn’t know basic lab values or guidelines. I have no idea what this is.
Said I asked for too much help to do a SQ injection.
Claims I should have read up on giving an antibiotic before clinical. I’ve never given an antibiotic in clinical or SIM. Didn’t know I’d give one that day.
Marked me down for using the AI feature to get patient history. Said I didn’t know how to use Epic (I do)
Small charting errors from beginning of the semester.
Claimed I needed constant reminders to use lexicomp. I used it every day??? And I didn’t even pass meds most days.

Some were straight up lies, others were personal attacks. I was never told I was in danger or what I could have done differently. Syllabus said I needed to get a learning plan or remediation
