I can only remember one page of the book and it had a classic manticore with the human face, scorpion tail, and lion body. it was in front of a staircase and kind of had like a haunted house theme I think? I remember other creatures being throughout the book too. Kind of like a walkthrough with monsters/creatures. It was wide and thin with hard glossy cover I think and dark black/orange theme. I read it when I was in school from one of those Scholastic book fairs around 2005–2010. Ive done a lot of research trying to find this book but i cant find any that have the manticore and I know for sure it was a page in the book I’m thinking of. Does anyone know what book I’m talking about?
