I was gifted a pair of AirPods about 6 months ago (I did not purchase them) and thought they might be fake. This is my first pair of AirPods, so not sure what to look out for.
They occasionally have trouble with seamlessly connecting, and will skip. They also seem to be wearing down at the hinge which seemed odd.
