Please help
I have a collection of symptoms which are a bit random. Majority bloods are normal, bar iron levels but not low enough for anemia. I am loosing my mind and feel like the doctors aren't listening to me. There is something going on in my body and I dont know what. Please help.
Female, aged 29.
Medications : 50mg sertraline, 75mg Zelleta Desogestral and currently taking 1000mg of lysine 3x daily (started yesterday).
Symptoms are:
Extreme fatigue/ sleeping excessively
Unable to concentrate/brain fog
Had heavy and prolonged period bleeding that lasted for around 6 weeks. I have now had my contraceptive implant removed and the bleeding has stopped for around a week.
I have had 2 coldsores in the last 10 days
Random on and off again stomach cramping
Random ongoing pain behind my right knee (unsure if related but worth mentioning)
