Took The Leap After Years Of Debating

My 6 month progress

I first looked into Turkish hair transplants in 2020 during COVID. After years of debating and lurking this sub. I finally took the leap 6 months ago.

Norwood 5 Hair loss
Procedure in Istanbul Turkey
39 Year old male
Minor hairline movement and filled my crown.

Overall I’m happy with my decision:
-Turned the procedure into a secret vacation.
-The first 3 weeks of sleeping upright was hard.
-The first 4 months are emotionally really hard. People thought I was sick. Constantly wearing hats in public. Trying to avoid meetings in the office.

I wished more Americans shared their experience. People bash “mills” or these large companies in Turkey but I had a good experience. I knew no one who did the procedure before me. This reddit helped a lot. Thank you for all those who shared. Feel free to ask questions.
