What is something you aspire for in your house, that younger you would be jealous of?

Just a lighthearted thread. Is there something you wanted as a kid that you never got, and its one of your goals now as an adult, for yourself or for your kids.

For me it's a tree swing.

We had a lovely house growing up but I always was envious of anyone (inc movies) with a tree swing in their garden.

House we are looking at has no legal right of way

A house we are interested in (Enhland) has no legally agreed right of way from the main road down the dirt track to the property. This property is approx 50/60s build and thus the road has been used since then to acces the house. There is also another 5/7 properties on the road who use this dirt track to access there home from the main road.

Im aware we could consider taking out an indemnity against the issue. I don't understand at this point to what extent this would protect us.

Obviously if we proceed we will get the solicitor to look into this properly, but how likely is this going to cause an issue either during the sale, or potentially at some point once we move in, or wluld the indemnity protect any outcome here? Is there a real chance access could be revoked, if so, then what? Are we stupid to even consider this house?

Thanks
