Feedback on the quality of the asphalt and masonry work around the garage
Hello,
I have some concerns regarding the masonry work recently completed behind our house, specifically the installation of the asphalt and the Aco Drain that connects to our garage.
Since I don’t have any particular expertise in masonry, I’d like to get your opinion on the quality of the work done.
I have noticed several issues that concern me:
Cracks are already appearing in the concrete between the garage slab and the Aco Drain.
The concrete between the garage and the Aco Drain does not appear to be of very good quality.
A groove is already beginning to form between the garage slab and this concrete section.
Regarding the asphalt, it also appears poorly compacted at the junction with the Aco Drain.
Can you tell me if this seems normal to you or if repairs would be necessary?
