I’ve been eating these tunatural tuna cans for a while and was always amazed by the macros, probably the best macros I’ve seen - 50 cals for 16g protein, 9g carb and 1g fat.
I just looked it up today and apparently protein and carb are 4 cals/ gram and fat is 9 cal/ gram, so shouldn’t this whole can contains 109 cal in total??? This is double the value they listed which is a huge swing so I don’t know if I’m missing anything here
