From last many months I'm observing the sudden price increase of flat and plots, if you want to buy a normal plot within city of size around 1000-1200 sqft, you won't find below 50L , same with flats you won't find a good locality 2 BHK below 55L, 6-7 years back property prices were normal as compared to latur, hingoli. Now they are comparable to Pune and Sambhaji nagar prices,, it really getting hard for a normal family to buy a good house here, anyone knows what caused for these big prices jump?
