Built a piece of niche software with interested parties how do I price?

So I have spent the last 9 months building a tailored piece of software for a niche industry with very little software integration. I was contracted to develop this software for a small non profit, and negotiated the rights to the IP and software while also deploying to said non profit. This software not only completely digitizes a usually analog workflow, but has a negotiated multi state regulatory compliance reporting piece that is almost unheard of, while also utilizing a traceability standard that is usually a stand alone expensive piece of software.
I have recently been contacted by another larger co op who is very interested in the software and what it can do for them.
How do I proceed? What should my pricing structure be? I have done comps and it looks like 25k-50k is the standard for software pricing for specialty tailored software. Most of my competition (without some major pieces) also charge 3-4k a year in subscription fees.

I would love to discuss more if people have ideas.
I will not disclose my industry, and I will not disclose my customers. Happy to talk otherwise.

Hey Everyone,

The family and I just wrapped up another glorious week in the keys. We had some great weather to be out on the boat, and some great weather for exploring the various hammocks. One of the realizations I had on this trip was a remarkable lack of small sail boats. With the Gulf side seeming almost perfectly suited to dinghy or even slightly larger sailing, I realized I had never once seen so much as a Hobie running around.

Is there something I’m missing? I would think that sailing in and around the small keys especially north of Islamorada (with the correct permit of course) would be an amazing experience!
