Had to leave town for work for a week and when I got home my Jack Frost were huge and ready to harvest, but a lot of them had this orange tinge along the bases and the caps were VERY hydrated, almost mushy. Could this be some bacterial contamination? Or could it just be from them sitting in the moist container for too long?
