Second marathon. Plan advice?
Hi, will be running Melbourne marathon this year (October 11th). Completed first marathon last year (3:39) following runna. Looking to go sub 3:30 this year, just looking over different plans (pftiz/Hansons/JD) online but unsure on which one to go for.
Currently running 3/4x a week roughly 30-40k a week, ran a 1/2 relatively easy last week at a 5:20km pace. Strength training 2-3x week, not really running specific just general strength. Any advice would be great
