I am learning to play drums and my wife is learning to play bass so her and I can play together. She is learning on an Ibanez Gio, and really likes it but the tiny little Marshall amp she has is horrible. Lots of buzz no matter what we do. We have tried different cables, we have tried different guitars and that awful buzz is always there. Would she be better off with a DI box and headphones? When we play together we will be plugging her into a small analog mixing board that will have my e kit plugged into it as well.
